Because each book is personally signed and customized by Can I Be Ernest LLC, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ernest@canibeernest.com, and we will make it right by issuing a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse, delivery delays outside our control, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect readability.
